Phoebe is only 8-9 months old and already had a litter of puppies that were no where to be found. Phoebe was found starved almost to death and terrified, huddled in an alley. Luckily she was picked up by animal control and is now safe and happy in her foster home. Phoebe is a wonderful girl, laid back is house broken and crate trained. She is fine with other dogs and cats and is looking for a family that will love her forever. It is amazing that she still loves people after what was done to her.
