Minnie is a 2 to 3 year old, 47 pound pittie with beautiful markings. She has made the rounds already in her short life?she was adopted out from a shelter to a family that let her run loose. She was taken back by the shelter and made her way eventually to A and S rescue. We hope the inconsistency in her life ends with an adoption to a responsible forever home.
Minnie does well with most dogs, though should not live with cats. She could use some obedience training, which we are beginning in her foster home, but does pretty well on walks and has good house manners. She is housebroken and loves people but would do best with older kids (once in a while she gets excited and tends to jump on people, but mostly she is quite the polite lady).
Her energy level is average and overall, she is a fairly easy dog. Please be the person or family that ends the merry-go-round of housing for Minnie?she deserves it!
Minnie is fully vetted (shots, microchip, spay, heartworm testing (on preventative) and fecal). She will only be adopted within 1.5 hours of Lake/McHenry Counties in Illinois and her adoption fee is 200.00.
